Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and arrange goods for balanced and secure transportation, stacking items safely to avoid shifting during transit.
  • Collaborate closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to coordinate loading schedules and requirements.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and company procedures, especially when lifting or moving heavy or bulky objects.
  • Use basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, trolleys, forklifts (if certified), or pallet jacks to assist with moving materials efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in loading and unloading zones, including proper disposal of packing materials and debris.
  • Report any damage, discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Support inventory management by assisting with stock counting, labeling, and documenting goods.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays, to meet operational needs.

Skills & Requirements

  • Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive heavy lifting and manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards and manual handling techniques.
